If we establish the necessary financial foundation with the help of investors, EU funding, targeted crowdfunding,
and your valuable and meaningful donation, the model of the LifeCircle project would look as follows:
After a development phase of about 3 years, the LifeCircle project becomes profitable. The profit will be partially reinvested in new “oases,” with the remainder being shared between investors and employees.
The project is 100% cooperatively organized, which simplifies all processes.
Education and training are ensured from the start on-site by trained professionals and, subsequently, by multipliers for project-related work processes.
Together with our employees, we will build accommodations, kindergartens, schools, recreational facilities, and more to sustainably promote community living on-site and establish a village structure. This will create additional jobs and promote local value creation.
A maximum of 2/3 of the project land area will be used for agriculture, aquaponics, and sustainable poultry farming. At least one-third of the area will be renatured to permanently improve the climate conditions.
The agricultural use within the project is based on an exclusively organic and sustainable production method, as well as an environmentally friendly circular economy.
